Who is Renee E. Taylor?

Renee Taylor is a licensed clinical social worker, board-certified sex therapist, and a Ph.D. candidate in clinical sexology. From an early age, she was interested in sex, not just the physical aspects of sex but also the dichotomy and power of sex. As a sex therapist and educator, Renee works with clients to heal from trauma, grief, depression and address concerns about sexual function, sexual feelings, and intimacy.

Before going into counseling, Renee owned and operated a pleasure party company, Hot Pink and Black. In this environment, Renee's curiosity grew regarding sexuality and sexual health, and it also brought the recognition that there was a need for continued sexual education well into geriatrics. This need propelled Renee to return to school to receive her master's in social work and continue her education to receive a board certification in sex therapy from the International Institute of Clinical Sexology.  

Renee not only counsels on the continual work of self-growth and awareness; she also practices it. It stems from the belief that we as human beings continue to grow sexually, the same way we grow emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually. Currently, Renee explores her sexual play by writing erotica and partnering on various podcasts to discuss sexuality, pleasure, love, and relationships.
